Personnel Division
The Personnel Division is responsible for the administration of recruitment, testing and selection processes to fill the City's full time and part time allocated positions. Additionally, the Personnel Division is assigned to provide personnel services to the City's operational departments.

This includes the administration of benefits for all employees which include all insurances, worker's compensation and retirement. In addition, the Personnel Division is responsible for processing all paperwork related to compensation, leaves of absence and legally mandated documents which are maintained in the City's official employment record files.
